Entry Procedure	1. Participants visit https://campaigns.alphatools.com.au/ and submit a photo or video of themselves using the Promoter’s product via the form. 2. Participants fill out the form with their details and answer any questions required 3. Participants agree to terms and conditions 4. Participants can earn extra entries depending on the nature of their submission. See Entry Details for more information. 5. Participants submit their entry and wait for the monthly prize draw to see if they have won. See Monthly Prize Draw Details for more information.
Maximum Number of Entries	Participants can enter as many times as they would like if the photo or video submitted are unique per entry. Each submission must be unique and must not reuse any photos, videos, or friend referrals.
Maximum Times Participant Can Win	A participant can only win once during the entire promotion. When the monthly winner is announced, the new month begins and all entries from the previous month become invalid. If a participant does not win in a given month, they may enter again the following month with a new submission. Entries do not roll over from month to month.

Photo and Video Requirements	1. High-Quality, Clear & Well-Lit • Content must be sharp, in focus, and not blurry, shaky, grainy, or pixelated. • Lighting should be bright enough to clearly show the product and how it’s being used. • Avoid heavy shadows, dim garages, or backlighting that hides detail. • Videos should be steady, with clean audio if sound is included. 2. Show the Product in Use • Promoter’s product or participant using the Promoter’s product should be the hero of the shot. • The product should be used properly and safely in a real work environment, on the job, at home, or in a workshop. • Close-ups are encouraged as long as the product and its application are clear. 3. Original Content Only • All submissions must be created by the participant. • Images found online and submitted will not be accepted. • Content must not infringe on any third-party rights including but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights; E.g., no copyrighted music in videos unless the participant owns the rights. 4. Safe & Appropriate • All products must be used safely and in line with best practice advice and workshop safety practices. • No dangerous or unsafe behaviour; unsafe entries will not be accepted. 5. Format Requirements • Photos: JPG or PNG, Max Size: 2MB • Videos: MOV or MP4, Max Duration: 30 Seconds
Refer a Friend Requirements	Participants may refer a friend through their own entry submission for an extra 10 entries. See Terms and Conditions in Entry section for details.

Monthly Prize Draw Details	Prize draws will be conducted at 10:00 am AEDT on 5 January 2026, 2 February 2026, and 2 March 2026. Winner Notification, Verification and Delivery		On the day of the monthly prize draw, stipulated in the Monthly Prize Draw Details, each prize winner will receive an email and phone call from the Promoter, using the details provided during the Entry Procedure, confirming they are a winner. Participants might need to provide proof of identity, age, and residency to confirm eligibility for the prize. The Promoter will decide what forms of identification are acceptable. Using a false name may result in all entries being invalid. Submitting multiple entries under different names may also result in disqualification at the Promoter’s discretion unless proof of identity is supplied when asked. If proof of identity is not provided by the deadline set by the Promoter, the participant’s entry or claim to the prize may be declared invalid. Once winners meet the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter confirms and approves their entry, the prize will be sent to the address given during entry, within 30 days of awarding. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted, or for any prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with after dispatch. All decisions made by the Promoter are final.
Publication Details		Winners’ names and submissions will be published each month on the Promoter’s website, https://campaigns.alphatools.com.au/, and on the Promoter’s social media, @alphatoolsaus, on the prize draw day stipulated in the Monthly Prize Draw Details, or after the prize has been claimed by the Prize Claim Date.
Prize Dispute Submission		In writing within 14 days of winner announcement to hello@alphatools.com.au
Prize Claim Date		Prizes must be claimed within 14 days after the monthly prize draw winner is announced, stipulated by the dates mentioned in the Monthly Prize Draw Details and Winner Notification, Verification and Delivery section. If a winner does not claim their prize by this time, then their entry will be declared invalid, and they will not be entitled to a prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be dealt with via the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements		An unclaimed prize draw will be held as follows for any prizes which have not been claimed for each monthly prize draw, outlined in the Monthly Prize Draw Details: Date & Time: 10am AEDT, 20 January 2026; 17 February 2026; 17 March 2026 Location: the Promoter’s address. Winner(s) (if any) of the unclaimed prize will be notified by email and phone call, and their names published on the Promoter’s website and social media on the day of the unclaimed prize draw.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

1. These Terms and Conditions include and should be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Schedule, the Schedule will take precedence. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings outlined in the Schedule.

Eligibility

1. Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in the Relevant State/s who meet the Eligible Entrant requirements.
2. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, its affiliates, distributors, stockists, and advertising partners are not eligible.

Entry

1. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
2. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.
3. Entries must be submitted following the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted if submitted in any other way. Automated or computer-generated entries are not allowed. Once an entry is submitted, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
4. Participants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries outlined in the Schedule but must be unique per submission and must each separately meet any requirements specified in the Entry Procedure.
5. Participants can earn extra entries depending on the nature of their submission. Entry points are awarded based on the dot points outlined in the Entry Details section of the Schedule.
6. Participants agree to follow the Photo and Video Requirements outlined in the Schedule.
7. All eligible entries will be included in a random prize draw. However, only entries with content that meets the Promoter’s quality standards outlined in the Photo and Video Requirements will be considered valid and included in the draw. Submissions of poor quality (e.g., blurry, dark, or otherwise unsuitable photos) may be excluded.
8. Regarding friend referrals:

• After submitting an entry form, each participant will receive an email from the Promoter with instructions on how to refer friends to the Promotion.
• A participant may refer any number of friends.
• For a referral to be valid, each referred friend must submit their own entry form and include the original referring participant’s email address in their submission.
• Upon successful referral, where a referred friend completes a valid entry including the original participant’s email address, both the referred friend and the original participant will receive ten (10) bonus entries into the Promotion.
• Bonus entries are awarded for each successful referral, provided that all conditions above and the Entry Procedure are met. Multiple or duplicate entries using the same email address by the same referred friend will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
• It is the responsibility of the referring participant to ensure the accuracy and consent of referred friends. The Promoter accepts no liability for incomplete, invalid, or improperly submitted referrals.
• The referred friend must use the exact email address provided in the original participant’s submission in their own submission; otherwise, bonus entries will not be awarded.
• If referred friends do not submit a photo or video during the Promotion Period, the original participant will not receive the bonus entries.

9. Promotion prizes are available to be won during the Promotion Period. Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for any prize claims.
10. There will be one (1) winner selected per month. Entries do not carry over from one month to the next. If a participant submits an entry after the monthly prize draw has taken place, their entry will automatically be entered into the following month’s prize draw. More information is stipulated in the Maximum Times Participant Can Win section in the Schedule.
11. The Promotion is conducted fairly and honestly for all participants.
12. All prizes are limited in quantity and are awarded via the terms outlined in the Monthly Prize Draw Details section in the Schedule during the Promotion Period.
13. Entry Details, Photo and Video Requirements, Refer a Friend Requirements, Maximum Number of Draws, and Monthly Prize Draw Details are disclosed in the Schedule.

Entry Content and Liability Release

1. Participants are required to ensure their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participants acknowledge they are solely responsible for any content they create, publish, or share in connection with this Promotion (including but not limited to social media posts, videos, reviews, photos, or written feedback) and that such content reflects their own honest opinions, experiences, and views.
3. The Promoter does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any such participant content and shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to that content, including (without limitation) its publication, sharing, or third-party use.
4. Entries that are incomplete or do not meet eligibility requirements will be considered invalid. Entries that breach these Terms and Conditions or any other content guidelines specified by the Promoter, as determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion during the entry process, will also be invalid.
5. All entries must be the participant’s own original work. The Promoter may request proof that an entry is original and reserves the right to verify this. If satisfactory proof is not provided, the entry will be considered invalid.
6. Entries must not contain; The image or voice of another person without their permission. Participants confirm that, if such content is included, the necessary consent from that individual has been obtained; Any material that violates laws, infringes on the rights of others, or is offensive, indecent, defamatory, or discriminatory. This includes, but is not limited to, content featuring nudity, violence, or foul language; Any copyrighted items, unless the participant has the legal right to use them. By submitting such content, participants confirm they have the necessary permission from the copyright holder, including approval for the Promoter to use the entry under these Terms and Conditions.
7. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, edit, modify, delete, remove or take-down any part of a participant’s entry.
8. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, claim, or demand arising out of the content they produce or share through the Promotion.

Usage Rights

1. By participating in the Promotion and submitting content (photo, video, image, testimonial and/or audio recording submitted per the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion), the participant grants the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute the content (whether in original or modified form, in whole or in part or not at all) across all marketing and promotional channels, whether now existing or developed in the future, at no charge to the Promoter.
2. By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their entry in ways that could otherwise impact their moral rights. The Promoter is permitted to copy, display, perform, or share any part of an entry with the public, and may also authorise third parties to do so.
3. These may include but are not limited to social media (organic and paid); website and e-commerce platforms; email marketing; paid advertising; print or digital marketing materials.
4. Credit may be given where appropriate, but it is not guaranteed. The Promoter reserves the right to edit or adapt the content for marketing purposes without prior approval.

Winner Determination and Prize Claims

1. Prizes are specified in the Prize Details. The Prize Details Per Kit (RRP), Maximum Number of Kits to be Won, Maximum Individual Prizes to be Won, Total Prize Pool Value Per Kit, and Total Prize Pool Value (RRP) are specified in the Schedule.
2. The prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the Monthly Prize Draw Details.
3. Winners will be notified as outlined under the Winner Notification, Verification and Delivery section in the Schedule, and their name and State/Territory will be published on the Promoter’s website, social media and in trade publications.
4. Prizes must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date set out in the Schedule.
5. If a prize is not accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter has the right to enact the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements outlined in the Schedule. Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified and have their names and State/Territory published as stated in the Schedule.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or alternative products.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should the allocated prize stock become unavailable.

Dispute Resolution

1. All disputes or queries regarding the Promotion must be submitted in writing within the time frame listed under the Prize Dispute Submission section of the Schedule. The Promoter will attempt to resolve all disputes in good faith. Disputes should be sent to hello@alphatools.com.au.

Advertising and Terms Access

1. Participants can access the Terms and Conditions via the method outlined in the Schedule.

Social Media Disclaimer

1. This Promotion is conducted online and advertised on specific social media platforms. It is not sponsored, endorsed, managed by, or linked to Meta or TikTok.
2. Participants understand that any details they submit for this Promotion are collected by the Promoter, not Meta or TikTok.
3. Any inquiries, feedback, or complaints about the Promotion should be addressed to the Promoter rather than Meta or TikTok.
4. By taking part, participants waive any claims against Meta and TikTok, as well as their parent companies and associated entities, for any issues related to this Promotion.

Legal and Promotion Conditions

1. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any deemed fraudulent or non-compliant.
3. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its licensees, and marketers (including its officers, employees, contractors, and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage, (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to the following:

• Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control).
• Any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference.
• Any entry or prize claim that is late, altered, or lost.
• Use of the prize.

4. By participating in the Promotion, participants grant the Promoter and their affiliates the irrevocable right to the use of their name, likeness, and participation for promotional purposes or any photo, video, image and/or audio recording tagged on social media during the Promotion Period, in any medium, media or marketing material, whether now existing or later developed, at no charge to the Promoter.
5. Where applicable, the Promoter will use and protect personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. The Promoter will maintain records of all entries, prize draws, and winner notifications for a minimum of 3 years from the conclusion of the Promotion Period as required under relevant state gaming and lottery regulations.
7. Any false information provided within the context of the Promotion by any entrant concerning identity, eligibility, ownership of rights, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the participant.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
9. If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Acceptance

By participating in the Promotion, participants confirm that they have reviewed and understood these Terms and Conditions, and their participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these entry requirements.
